Unable to decode data with the help of known decoders such as:

 FSK G3RUHi 9k6, FSKAX25 9k6, FSKUSP 9k6

 Some minimal information I could gather is the following:
 "For msk they use reed-solomon, scrumbling and convolutional code"

 With this information I tried some CCSDS yml option but couldn't create
 a working yml file.
