Decoding INSPIRESat-7 9600 baud BPSK AX.25 G3RUH

When using SDR++ to replay the IQ file and use the BPSK AX.25 G3RUH 9600 baud
soundmoden from UZ7HO I get multiple decodes but until know I am unable to
decode the data with gr_satellites.
